Booking Conditions

Please, take the time to read and understand the condition of booking set out below things to Booking an activities with us. We strongly recommend that you also read which kind of trip such as Trekking, Peak Climbing and any activities to booking to insure that you understand about itinerary, include, exclude and equipment demand of the trip you are undertaking. 

1. Our contact:
By booking a activities with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking condition and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to your booking confirmation invoice.  
2. Deposit requirement
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person per trip foe your booking to be confirmed but we have trip for advance such as for peak climbing $1000 and for expedition $4000.

3. Acceptance of booking and final payments
If we accept your booking we will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will axist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice or if you book within 7 days of departure the contract will exist when we accept your deposit. Please refer to your booking conferment invoice for details regarding final payments. the balance of the trip price is due before the departure date. Please note that full payment before departure if this balances is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

4. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers and should be taken out at the of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$10000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. you must provide proof of your travel insurance on the first day of you trip; you will not be  able to join the trip without it. If you obtain travel insurance through us you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the level of insurance we have arranged.

5. Updating of terms and conditions
  The company reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at anytime, and it is the clients responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on the company website  and will supersede any previous versions.
