On the trek itself you will encounter the indigenous people of the mountains and experience their rich Buddhist culture, hidden monasteries, and landscapes that will take your breath away! First you will enjoy a day stay in Kathmandu with a sightseeing tour and exploration of the town. Then a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla will commence. The first day will see us hiking to Phakding. The next day, we will continuously ascend around 800 meters to reach Namche Bazaar, so it is essential to make an acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar. Namche is an ideal place to spend a day by making an excursion around the bazaar, visit Sherpa cultural village, mountaineering museum and a short hike up to Syangboche view point to be properly acclimatized, and will have an awesome view of Himalayas. Then, the journey follows a gradual decent to Tyangboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorakshep and finally to Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar.
During our walk, you will experience picture perfect scenery’s that will rejuvenate the soul and will be left with memories which money can’t buy. To experience is to believe.
The best time for this Everest Base Camp Trek is September to November and March to May. We also offer a EBC trek for small groups and individual fit trekkers with a minimum budget cost. Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu
As soon as you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu you will be transferred into hotel. You will be invited to visit the office for briefing about this visit and for trekking permit. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley:
Taking light breakfast early in the morning, our guide will then take you for a pleasant day tour inside Kathmandu which encompasses the UNESCO enlisted holiest shrine of Shiva at Pashupatinath Temple Complex, the Bouddhanath Stupa which is the largest Stupa existing inside Kathmandu, Swayambhunath Temple aka Monkey Temple which is the oldest Stupa inside Kathmandu which dates almost 2oooyrs back and the Kathmandu Durbar Square which is yet another UNESCO enlisted historical site where you will get chance to view the abode of Living Goddess- Kumari, Kasthamandap Temple, Kal Bhairab and many more.
Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2810m) Trek to Phakding (2652m)
On the 2nd day you will take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla which takes 35 minutes. From Lukla you will be heading towards Phakding (2652 m). Taking 35 minutes of flight to Lukla, your trip begins after climbing up to the slope on the left bank of Dudh Koshi River. On the way, you can view the magnificent beauty of Kusum Kangaru, Mt Kwondge and on the way you passed a few tea houses and Mani walls. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446m)
On the 3rdday of the itinerary you will move from Phakding to Namche (3,446m). After a slight rise from Jhorsalle, the trail passes a waterfall. Throughout the day, you will pass from the villages interspersed with magnificent forests of Rhododendron, giant fir trees and magnolia. And on the way to walk you will be rewarded (weather permitting) your first glimpse of Kusum Kanggru (6369m) Thamserku (6608m) Everest (8,848 m) and Nuptse (7879 m) then a steep climb to the beautiful village of Namche Bazaar (3440m). Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 05: Exploration in Namche Bazaar
Acclimatization is important before proceeding to a higher elevation. It is therefore recommended that it is better to take a short day hike to Thame, Khumjung or Khunde. If you get some time then you can go for relaxing and exploring the Namche and the Sherpa culture. On this day you will head to Thame from Namche Bazaar by hiking and enjoying good eyesight. Today you will work through many prayer flags, mani and walls which is carved on stones. After winding the Bhote Koshi River the trail climbs steeply to Thame. You will have a good view of the Kangpoche Teng and Kwangde and North in the Thame Gompa Nangpa. Rimdu Mani festival is held here in the spring. In a same way you will head to Khumjung Village (3789m) by walking to the river then start to the village of Khumjung. Many hikers enjoy the trek to Khumjung village, as it is supposed to be one of the civilized communities of Sherpa. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3867m)
On the 5th day you will find the trail climbing the forests where you find the musk deer. Tengboche is situated on a saddle at 3867m, surrounded by a clear dwarf firs and Rododendroms. Kwongde (6187m) Tawache (6542 m) Everest (8,848 m) Nuptse (7855m) Lhotse (8618m) Amadablam (6856m) Thamserku (6608m) offers an inspiring panorama of gigantic Himalayan. You will be visiting the Tengboche Buddhist Monastery which is considered as the largest in the Khumbu region. Overnight stay at a tented camp.
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4260m)
On the 6th day of trekking you will head to Dingboche from Tengboche. The valley progressively give details as you move toward the following of the Lobuche River. From here you will move down into the River to set in motion for the last and vertical climb of the day until you reach Dingboche. As you reach there you will view striking display of fields which are surrounded by stone walls for the protection of Barley, Potatoes, Buckwheat and animals grazing. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4930m)
On the 7th day you will trek to Lobuche from Dingboche in an early morning. You will discover within yourself when you will find different Peaks like Lingtren, Khumbutse, Pumoru etc will be in front of you. Here, you will find yourself in the surrounding areas of Everest. Finally you will arrive at Lobuche. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 09: Gorak Shep (5140m) - EBC (5364m) - Gorak Shep
On the 8th day you will trek to Gorak Shep from Lobuche. It is good to know that Gorak Shep go away to the lead through the side of the Khumbu Glacier. From Gorakshep, we will proceed forward to Everest Base Camp and enjoy several gratifying views of soaring mountain peaks before returning back to Gorakshep where we will stay overnight.
Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4930m) via Kala Patthar (5545m):
The return trip will be about 7-8hours long. Leaving Gorakshep, we will move towards Kala patthar which is more popular for the exquisite sunset view. We will have sunrise view afterwards which we will return back to Lobuche via Gorakshep. We will stop at Gorakshep for lunch.
Day 11: Trek to Pangboche:
7hrs of walking will shift us from Lobuche to Pangboche. The trail will mostly be steep downhill. We will travel through the culturally rich village of Pangboche where we will have opportunity to see the traditions and ways of living of highland villagers.
Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar:
You will walk along the hillside covered with Rhododendrons and junipers. If it is spring you can see pink and red flowers of rhododendron flames. The trail drops to Phunki Thanga, from where all the way passes through pine forests providing an opportunity to see wildlife such as mountain goats, Snow Leopard and colorful pheasants, finally you reached at Namche. Overnight stay at a tented camp.
Day 13: Trek to Lukla:
On the 12th day you will get back to Lukla (2810m), which is a beautiful and easy walk and in addition it provides the view to Kusum Kangaru, blue pine along with Rhododendron forest from Namche. This is the last day of the trek in a bustling city so enjoy dinner with the team members. Overnight stay at a guest house.
Day 14: Flight: Lukla to Kathmandu
It takes 30-minutes of scenic flight high above mountains to arrive back to domestic airport in Kathmandu from where we will get back to hotel. During day, you can either go shopping around busy streets of Thamel or remain idle on bed. Dinner will be served in the evening.
Day 15: Leisure Day in Kathmansu This is very easy day,,, this day, you have to do shopping goods for your family and friends.
Day 16: Departure:
The enticing 14 days ‘Everest Base CampTrek’ comes to an end on this day as you will be transferred back to Tribhuvan International airport by our representative. We are happy to serve you and we will be looking forward for your next visit.

Having spent 7 days with tourist link treks, I can honestly say that it was one of the most enjoyable, memorable life experiences I have ever had. It was my second time in Nepal and decided to go on a trekking/ jungle safari expedition. Wild is not the world. Although at times it was difficult and exhausting, I have n regrets in making the decision.
Last time I used tourist link treks services I took a tour around Tibet, which was out of this world. The service of the tour guides and their expertise knowledge of the areas we covered was amazing, and the team of people I was with was equally as great. Which is why I decided to use tourist link trek again for my next Nepalise adventure.
Since I had such a fun time on the last trip I decided to stick to trekking, and I’d heard from a friend of mine that the jungle safari was something that I would have really enjoyed. And they certainly were not wrong! I enjoyed every minute of it, and got some of the most amazing pictures I have ever taken. We rode on elephants for the duration of the time and came across wild like left right and center. Never have I been so close to these wild beings without there being some kind of cage, but being on top of an elephant I guess is the next safest thing lol..
So the safari was followed up AFTER the 25 days of trekking in Kanchenchunga, which as you can imagine was very tiring, but certainly enjoyable. The fresh air there was so nice, but my feet certainly payed the price. I had unfortunately acquired some rather large blisters on my right foot but carried on non the less. But let’s just say that I was relieved to spend the last part of the trip riding around on the back of an elephant lol..
All in all though I wouldn’t trade the experience I had with the team for anything! The people, the weather, the scenery was just simply amazing, and I feel that there are many more fun filled adventures to have with tourist link treks in the coming years, and I can’t wait!

Having always fantasized about visiting Tibet, I decided recently to make my wish a reality. Having visited Nepal before and done some different treks with different trekking companies, I stumbled across Tourist Link Treks & Expedition (P.) LTD. A friend of mine had recommended them as being the cheapest most reliable tour company out of many others, and since I valued his judgment greatly I decided to give them a shot. Well, I certainly was not disappointed to say the least. I couldn’t believe the quote I got from them with everything included. It was nearly half the price! Of what I’d plan to budget for. At first the offer sounded abit too good to be true, but going with my gut instincts, my friends advise and the warm friendly reception I was greeted with other the phone with them, I decided to go for it. The tour consisted of a direct flight to the neighboring mountains, and a trek around the peaks of the Tibetan peaks. I knew I was amongst one of the wonders of the world where I was and had my camera on stand by to capture some of the most breath taking shots I have ever taken. There where moments where time just seemed to stand still, where the wild life seemed so in balance with its surroundings that we appeared to blend into their eco system. No fear, no negative vibes, just being, for as far as the eye could reach. A translucent depiction of what life is supposed to be like, or how it once was. Something was telling me, ‘this is how its supposed to be’
When your amongst such beauty, caught in a realm of timelessness, it is easy to get lost in what it is your doing. And when the hand on my shoulder was softly felt by the guide, it was back to reality I stumbled to.

My hasband and i am from Germany , we booked the poonhill trek with Tourist Link Treks . Our guide Elmi was really great , he told us lot of about Nepali culture , the life in the hills and about the Flora and Fanna . He cared a lot about us and always went into the Kitchens in the tea houses where we stoped to eat and drink to check whether everthing was clean and well prepared .
Compared to the other guide , Elmi was really well prepared and equipment after the 4th day . I went sick and Elmi gave me medicine and managed to shorten our trip . He even carried my backpack when i was very weak . All we were very satisfied with our guide and the trek . The view from poonhill was amazing , Elmi explaned all the Mountain we could see . so it was a great pleasure and a very good choice

We , two girls of arround 25 from the Netherlands , booked the Langtang Trek with Tourist Link Trek . we hired a guide and a porter , who took a lot of work out of our hands . The Langtang Trek was very beautiful and our guide had a lot of hummer . He made a new plan when one of us had an injury (ankle) , which was very nice . He told us about local traditional , mountain , animals ,history and local alcohol .
Our porter was never tired , he walked from our endpoint back to carry our other bags .
In short , amazing trip , good organisation .

We had a trip organized by Tourist link from KTM to Langtang for 8 days . The price was excelent and we had great experience with our poter \ guide Elmi . He was a fantastic guide , helping us catch our bus in Ktm . All the way throught the trek until . We were back into Tourist link trek office in Ktm .
