Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the short and sweet treks which offers a close-up view of Mt Annapurna I 8091 at Annapurna base camp 4130. The trekking journey to Annapurna base camp offers the various textures of nature and culture. This trekking journey starts from Pokhara 810m drive to Nayapul which takes 1.5 hours through beautiful Pokhara Beni highway. We start trekking from Nayapul following a small path accompanied by river Modi Khola to Birethanti and we follow the trail through river Burundi Khola. The trail goes passing through a narrow gorge surrounded by lush greenery and a terrace field. We spend the first night at Ulleri 2000m which is a typical Magar tribe village. The next day's trek leads to Ghorepani 2770 m typical Magar village famous for beautiful scenery. Next day early morning go hiking to Poonhill 3200m to see the panoramic Himalayan view. The trek leads forward through a lush green ridge and passes through several beautiful village-like Tadapani 2600m, Chomrong 2100m.  After the Chhomrong trail traverse through a narrow gorge created by the river Modi Khola. We pass through small settlement like Sinwa, Bamboo, Dovan, Himalaya, and Deurali. After Deurali 3200m the trail goes through the bottom of the sheer cliff. Sparkling resonance from river Modi Khola enhances your energy. After reaching Maachhapuchhre base camp 3700m you get the blessing of a breathtakingly beautiful mountain view. It takes a few hours to reach Annapurna base camp from MBC through a gradual uphill trail. Mesmerizing 360 panoramas can be seen from the Annapurna base camp including dozens of mountains.

Starting the day with a hearty breakfast, embark on an hour-long drive through picturesque landscapes, passing Lumle village with the stunning Annapurna as a backdrop, until you reach Nayapul—the starting point of the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. The journey kicks off alongside the Modi River, taking you through charming settlements like Ramgai and Sudame. The route then ascends to Hile, followed by TikheDhunga. Crossing the Bhurungdi River, you'll climb stone staircases leading to the Magar village of Ulleri. Rest for the night in Ulleri, gearing up for more adventures on the trail.


Continuing the trek, you'll traverse the enchanting rhododendron and oak forest, opting for an ascending path toward Nangethati. The trail takes you through oak and spruce forests teeming with wildlife and offering delightful bird views. Finally, you'll arrive at Ghorepani, a picturesque village with plenty of comfortable hotels to choose from. It's an ideal spot to rest and rejuvenate as you prepare for the next leg of your Ghorepani Poon Hill adventure


Embark on a one-hour casual trek to the breathtaking Poon Hill (3210m). Witness the mesmerizing sunrise, painting the Pokhara sky with vivid hues. Enjoy panoramic views of majestic mountains, including Dhaulagiri (8167m), Annapurna I (8091m), Nilgiri (7040m), Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7555m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Hunchuli (6441m), Machhapuchhare (6998m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Dhampus Peak (6012m), and more. After this visual feast, return to Ghorepani, traverse pine and juniper forests to Deurali, and descend to Banthati. Continue towards Tadapani for a night's rest, surrounded by the beauty of the Annapurna region.

Departing from Tadapani, we'll ascend along the trail to KimrungDanda. En route, relish splendid views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain, and Ganggapurna Mountain. Descend from Kimrung hill to the serene Kimrong River, and follow its bank to reach the hill of ChereDanda. The trail winds through the forest, leading us to the picturesque village of Chhomrong. Nestled amid natural beauty, Chhomrong provides a tranquil setting for an overnight stay.


Commencing the day with early morning tea, we descend to the suspension bridge over the Chomro River. Following an ascending path through Tilche and Bhanuwa settlements, we traverse Sinuwa, offering a perfect view of the Modi River. Crossing a bamboo forest, we reach Kuldighar and continue to Doban. An hour of ascent from Bamboo brings us to Doban, where we'll spend the night


Descending through a bamboo forest from Dovan, the trail leads uphill to Himalaya Hotel. Upon exiting the forest, we are treated to a breathtaking view of the glacial river before reaching Hinku Cave. Descending to the river, we then ascend to Deurali, where a cascading waterfall awaits. Overnight stay in Deurali.

Embarking on a challenging day, we traverse the rocky terrain to reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Revel in the stunning vistas of the Annapurna Mountain Range, Gangapurna Mountain, Hiunchuli Mountain, and other majestic peaks. Overnight stay in Machhapuchhre Base Camp.

Climbing for two and a half hours, we'll reach Annapurna Base Camp. The pinnacle of the trek, Annapurna Base Camp offers a breathtaking view of the sunrise over Annapurna I Mountain (8091m). Enjoy panoramic vistas of Annapurna South (7219m), Hiuchuli Mountain (6441m), Fishtail Mountain (6993m), SingaChuli Mountain (6501m), Tent Peak Mountain (5663m), Gangapurna Mountain (7455m), and other majestic peaks. Overnight stay in Annapurna Base Camp.

Leaving Annapurna Base Camp early in the morning, we'll trace our steps back to Bamboo. It's a long and challenging walk through rocks and boulders, eventually descending into the forest. We'll arrive at Bamboo late in the evening for a well-deserved rest. Overnight stay in Bamboo.


Leaving Bamboo early in the morning, our trail continues through Kuldighar. As we descend to the Chhomrong River, we follow the riverbank before ascending stone steps to reach Chhomrong. From there, we descend to JhinuDanda, where a nearby hot spring provides a rejuvenating experience. Stay overnight in JhinuDanda

From JhinuDanda, our path descends to the Kumnu River. After crossing the river, we walk through the Modi River valley for a couple of hours, reaching Kyumi. The trail continues to Syauli Bazaar, a village with tea houses and lodges. We then descend further to Nayapul, marking the end of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. From Nayapul, we'll take a vehicle back to Pokhara. Stay overnight in Pokhara

On this day, we'll return to Kathmandu. The journey takes approximately 7 hours along the winding Prithvi Highway. Once in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay.


You'll be transferred to the airport three hours before your scheduled flight. Wishing you a safe and pleasant journey!
